What this page does: The Business Planner sets TRS's 2026 annual goals by category. It works from two inputs per category — Avg Job Value and Jobs/Month — and calculates everything else (Jobs/Year, Monthly Value, Year Value, and each category's % share of total revenue).

Previous Year Recap: This table holds TRS's actual prior-year numbers by category and is also shared across scenarios, since historical actuals don't change based on which scenario you're planning against.
